The category of fortified wines is somewhat of a mystery to many Americans! In this class we will taste six wines from the regions of Sherry, Port and Maderia. We will learn the best pairings for these wines and have a small bite to illustrate what we’ve learned.

In this class, created especially for red wine lovers, we taste six red wines made from six different black grapes. Gamay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. In this class we will teach you the differences in grape variety and how to recognize each wine in a blind tasting.

This class is the follow up class for those who have taken our Intrduction to Wine class. In this class we go deeper into the processes of wine making and types of fermentation that create some of your favorite wine styles. In this class we will taste six wines made from six different grapes, and introduce you to some grapes that you may be unfamiliar with, but should be drinking!

This is a great class for advanced wine drinkers. You do not have to take the introductory class to take this class.

This class is an introduction to wine for people who are new to wine. This is not a certification in wine. There is no test at the end of the day. This is a relaxed, fun, introduction to wine, for those who want to learn about the production of wine, and the major grape varieties used around the world in the production of wine.
